Originally from Maryland, Dr. Potter began his undergraduate schooling at Cornell University, studying Molecular Biology and Philosophy. He finished his college years at Brigham Young University and then went to the University of Maryland for medical school. Dr. Potter finished his training to become a physician at St. Mark’s Family Medicine Residency in Salt Lake.

While the building for the practice was being remodeled, Dr. Potter worked at Davis Hospital and Medical Center as a Hospitalist — caring for patients admitted for hospital care.

Dr. Potter and his wife, Bonnie, have been happily married for just over one year and reside in Kaysville. Their first child, Joseph Daniel, was born in October. They both are avid photographers.
